Actually Secretly More Updates!


I hadn't initially intended to upload another version of the Hexxed demo, but as development on the main game progressed and I went back to better polish things like my pixel art/transitions between scenes, I felt it'd be a good idea to include more recent changes in the demo, so that it better represents the final product. I'm uncertain if it calls for a whole new playthrough if you've done it before, but here's a brief, probably unfinished list of things this update included:


• A LOT of dialogue fixes all across the board, as well as sounds that play for each character's speech.

• A LOT of sprite edits-- Clara's skin tone is more natural, doors look a lot more interesting, etc etc.

• Whenever you get through an encounter, you get back +5 Nerve.

• Cutscenes have been added for when you first enter the 'RPG' section of Hexxed.

• You no longer lose nerve from Star searching the trash.

• The bats in the corrupted basement segment of the RPG section have been replaced with something more interesting.

• The Computer boss should be slightly easier; a save point has also been added just before it.

• Psych Up has been removed in favor of getting only the Dropkick skill.

• Removed some weird graphical goofs like the hand cursor in battles.

• The elevators work after you get the power back on.
